Wind forecast update

I updated today the forecast page, after a few feedbacks from user I realised that most didn't understand how it works (sorry for that).

So I made now graphics and hope clearer to understand.

Another update, I changed now km/h to knots.

So it is better to understand and actually what we use to see how windy it is!
